The Otterbein Public Library and the Library’s Board of Trustees would like to welcome James Jewell, Jr. as their new Program Coordinator. James began the last week of October and is already hard at work continuing the existing programs the Library offers while creating new programs to start in 2017. Though he was raised in Kokomo, IN, James moved to the Lafayette area 15 years ago. A process of events moved him to Otterbein in December of 2008.
