Have cool local history or genealogical documents floating around your attic? Are you worried about preserving old family photos stored in a tub in your garage? Want to share your family story with other people in Indiana?
Join us on Tuesday, April 23 at 6pm for our first Local History Swap Meet!
We received a grant from the Indiana Genealogical Society to digitize local history/genealogy for the IGS’ database, and we need your help! Bring unique old photos and documents, specific to Otterbein/Bolivar Township, and that you would like to share with the IGS, to the library. You’ll get a free digital copy of your documents, and you’ll be helping us and the IGS preserve history.
This event is free, but library programs run on donations from patrons like you!
