Due to funding cuts from the state, the Otterbein Public Library will be transitioning to new service hours starting October 1st. These hours will be; Closed Sunday/Monday, 10am-6pm Tuesday-Friday, and 10am-2pm Saturday. We thank our patrons for their support during this time of transition.
