NOTICE
Pursuant to Indiana Code 6-1.1-20-5, notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Otterbein Public Library has preliminarily determined to enter into a lease and issue bonds in the aggregate amount of $1,370,000 to fund the renovation of and improvements to the Library, including the construction of an addition and purchase of real estate, equipment and technology.
